The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 這部電影分為五個故事，其中四個是獨立的，第五個是框架故事，或者說是將它們串聯起來的主線故事。框架故事相對簡單，一支特警隊闖入了一所被一群已死的邪教徒占據的院落。穿插其中的四個小插曲都在框架故事之上。這些短片組合令人印象深刻，足以證明該類型影片的創造力仍然值得稱贊。
此系列还以为终结在三部曲了，没想到重启之后还是那样惊艳！第二、三个故事很精彩！

从第三部开始就往cult向转感觉有点无脑了...
没有看过前作，不过这也许是原作粉丝向的续集？但整体感受就是什么鬼玩意儿，一锅乱炖。
画面真有录相带时刻的感觉，只是看久了对眼睛不好。不建议多看。

vhs录像古早画质也没有降低残虐的血腥感，还是很棒。
切中要害般的吓人，导演彷佛知道你怕什么，就硬掰着你的头去看什么。喜欢怪物女孩这个章节，人心远比怪物可怕。
2021年，能看到这样的片子，感激涕零！恐怖片看多了，几无恐惧感，唯爆浆、暴戾和屠戮能永远令人血脉喷张，它做到了而且很完美！

本片的政治意图更加明显，而且不同于七年前的前作 Viral，这次的现实讽刺看起来更加成功。
没有特别明显的拉低分数的，可能鼠人稍微差强人意。印尼Timo的疯狂博士改造人这个拍得了得！第二部邪教也是他拍的！都可以扩展成独立电影不说，一般恐怖片没有什么探讨的，他拍的里面居然会讨论人性以及伦理道德小哲学层面。恐怖的外衣，不乏内涵。牛。
为了续集而续集，几个故事之前更没有前几部的贯穿性，越往后越无聊，倦了，累了。
6分。很血腥，除了人机结合那段，其他故事一般。
《致命录像带94》★★★，依旧是本系列的一贯风格，不过这次稍显创新，让每个小故事间有了串联。
四个平庸的短篇凑齐来还算不错。《真·鬼影实录》＞《下水道的美人鼠》＞《自爆吸血鬼》＞《赛博疯子的诞生》 其实还是第三部的《平行世界》最cult。（2022.4.27豆瓣6.3分）
