The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 故事简单，漏洞多。多两星都给廖叔，这样的演技，唉，看不到了
这个电影很有意思，用比较弱的故事讲非常深刻的立意，加上一众演员的表演都较为出色，能对故事起到一定支撑和推动作用。电影主线就是一起凶杀案，之所以观感有些索然无味，与呈现顺序有一定关系。当然案件的侧重点在法律精神不是法证探案，所以反派出场就能锁定凶手身份，让前半程的悬疑感尽失。后半程的绝地反击完全属于燃烧个人魅力，无疑廖启智智叔大杀四方，其背后方中信的手段虽不光彩，行为却赢得了尊重。
是大陆电影，还是香港电影？应是香港电影的。

很无聊的剧情，没什么高明的技巧，倒是一干人等义正言辞但又故弄玄虚的表现极具讽刺之能事，真是醉用之意不在酒也，😎
好烂的故事。低智的悬疑部分，羸弱的法庭辩白部分，僵硬的"天降神兵"部分，尴尬的自白正义部分……莫名其妙，浪费时间。

律师是要争取当事人的最大利益，还是尊重当事人意愿。
勉强及格。毕竟有这么一帮好香港演员，毕竟是廖启智的遗作。
剧情中规中矩，基本合理，就是太平铺直叙了一点。
可以看，但却没有太多的新意。智叔一星，方中信一星，谭耀文一星，哈哈
想要的元素太多，但都不出彩儿。就是一个平平无奇的流水账。

剧情一般，悬疑的推理、法庭戏的对决都是浅尝辄止，不深入。香港电影，能看到一帮老戏骨对戏已经很难得了，不敢奢望太高。智叔已经不在了…哎
说实话，有时候真的支持用不正当的手段去获得正义的结果，毕竟很多时候法律被权力操纵。以及不谈恋爱，屁事没有；不找已婚男，小命不会丢。
