The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 编剧与编排十分出色，基本全部剧情在裁缝店内发生，戏剧冲突高潮迭起，十分适合做成舞台剧。
中规中矩的传记电影，但依然令人感动。

挺有腔调的话剧电影，反转在预料之中，前期伏笔略直白。
故事无论是内容还是叙事结构都是相当普通甚至有点俗套的，“严师慈父”的日式或者说是亚洲的传统形象扑面而来。但那种纯真的感动依旧能够感受得到，三星半
独幕剧，非常jazz，剧本顺畅，这很学院派！
剧情其实有刻意设计的地方，但结局还是不错的。
芝加哥街头一家裁缝店里一个晚上发生的故事。狭窄的空间里，黑帮们你来我往，英国老裁缝与所雇的年轻女子，与他们周旋。最后枪声响起，鲜血淋漓。片子颇有点老式风格的密室案件故事，悬念很足，气氛紧张，情节层层推进。男主角表演不错，不露声色，不慌不忙，似乎一切在握。
6.0；北野武师徒情，很真挚的感情。一大败笔是年轻的北野武也面部抽搐，这明明是他90年代车祸面瘫的后遗症啊。不过最后老年版北野武的化妆惊到我了，达到以假乱真的地步。
导演功底不足，找到了舞台转折冲突的张力感，但整体故事效果欠佳
除了几个演员真的演得很不错以外。。。没啥看点了。。。
大体上很精彩，不用太多场面，却表现如此紧张扣人心弦的情节，厉害！不过磁带的部分，没有厘清，但还好不影响大情节。
反转多得不得了，一波七八折，也真算个好剧本。
看完全片后，再去看开头的旁白，觉得台词或多或少都带有了一点隐喻……西装由四种面料组成，片子的人物由四部分组成；做西装前的测量不是那么简单的事，嗯不是那么简单……
剧本很好，反转干脆，结尾利落，伏笔耐人寻味
