The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 这部音乐剧不仅做到了令人难忘的音乐效果，亦在幽默的基础上增添了人性的光辉。
我最喜欢的音乐剧，没有之一。这是现代歌舞剧和现代社会的完美代表和缩影，也是人类命运共同体的赞歌。
形式惊人，转场等各种充满想象力。分扣在歌曲并没有特别抓耳。
音乐剧将可以情绪放大，人性之光在台上变得更加闪耀，于是我就每场都哭🥹
有可能不太能欣赏这种一直高频歌唱的歌舞剧，911背景下依然没有感到感动，个人角度。

这个真的好棒！短小精悍的一部戏里居然处理了这么多问题，而且讲得都足够有深度，情感上也到位……灾难确实是最适合展现人性光辉的场景，哪怕是浓鸡汤也不觉得俗气，还有这个舞台调度是真的绝啊，感叹了无数次，几把椅子、灯光变幻和最简单的换装，几秒钟就瞬间切换了场景和场景里的角色，非常流畅完全不出戏，实在太巧了，希望国内音乐剧编排能来学学
感谢官摄，官摄和现场“炸耳朵”的音乐效果真的是不同的体验。疫情后再看这个二十多年前的故事，我们还能有open hearts吗
