The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. #bjiff 11th# 第一场北影节的电影。名字很唬人，但实际根本就是在讲一个愿打一个愿挨的爱情故事啊喂，过分。更过分的是，我竟然有被一些细枝末节的剧情和台词感动到。
渣男版的家族之苦。年轻时代的人设和现代部分相差过大，结尾疫情时代下对电影院的感触好直接。
这个故事拍的OK，但不精彩，靠男主的表演撑起了一部戏。

虽然不明白男主为什么会从之前这样的热爱电影变成一个老混混，但故事总体还算不错。

电影有不同于小说的魅力，又同质于——生而为人，坚不可摧的精神。
对我是非常治愈的一部电影。女明星开车送女主去找男主的那场夜戏，想起《女孩之城》里女主跟男主的夜戏，那种真正危急时刻的共担。以及一家人最终被电影拯救，虽梦幻，亦疗愈。
