虽然是故事比较简单，场景也比较单调的一部西部片，但拍的还不错。这个年老单薄的农夫就是江湖传说的比利小子，在关键时刻拔枪射击，以一当十干脆利落。情节最后的反转也让他失去了生命，救了不该救的人，双方原来都不是好人。最后，本不甘于平淡的小儿子也持枪跨马，走出小屋，融入了西部苍茫的天地。
讲了一个为抚养熊孩子浪费了大好青春的天才枪手亨利又回光返照的故事。
