The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 非常现代的改编，发型感觉简单了很多(偷懒？)特别现代化，剧情线按照小说来，但呈现方式是以女主的内心独白进行展开，有点像福尔摩斯小姐那种叙事方式。还行吧~
