在第一部电影版时，就说过是多年来终于又有一部像《欲望都市》一样从小银幕走上大银幕拍续集，大规模上映票房大收的作品了，所以果然很快就开始第二部续集电影版，第一部是英王光临，第二部是代表着新时代电影明星取景，果然都很吸引，尤其时代变迁是《唐顿庄园》不变的主题，依然做得很好

山猪的加盟契机过于突兀，其它的特点比如鬼的能力设置，bgm和画面一如既往的优秀。
