The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 小成本精品，只用了不到90分钟讲好一个故事
反杀还是爽，三分不能再多！
這劇本過於簡單，也有點扯淡，但感覺導演拍得很起勁，在調度上花了很多心思。但要跟布萊恩·德·帕爾瑪的《情梟的黎明》比就太小兒科了，只能說這點東西對於索德伯格是駕輕就熟的料，沒啥成長。既不夠尊重生活的本質，也不夠尊重電影的本質，兩頭都挨一點點，但結尾女主角換了造型出街很爽，讓我想起一個很可愛的天秤妹子。索德伯格好像是為了完成跟HBO Max一年一部片的合約，沒辦法找了這麼一個本子拍，交貨。對於一個需要創意的行業來說，這樣的節奏著實難以拍出好電影。

剧情相对有些老套，反杀来得太突然，一般，三星吧。
