The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 因为是人类历史上为数不多的亚洲男同性恋主演的英文电影，所以我无脑吹一下。
简单的说就是俗不可耐吧。唯一觉得不错就是他们可以有自己的小圈子，像家人一样彼此支持，or maybe超越了一般意义上的家人。
整片浓浓说教劝你找个老实人，还有不必要的尖酸和骚味，把同志拍得这么刻板母拉拉也是一种旧观念了。只有渣男能看，其余演技尴尬。
从写信那里开始渐入佳境，虽然很俗套，但我就是个喜欢看浪漫喜剧的土狗
为什么不直接拍成纪录片呢，这种史实改编但内容不够戏剧元素不足的，拍成剧情，既没有惊险刺激，也很难充分还原，会显得很假，特别是还要走意识流各种幻觉梦境穿插，不仅拖沓还很无聊。Nikolaj是个好演员，完全没有了Jaime的影子，北极熊的CGI做得好差，两场戏都非常出戏
非常Pride and Prejudice甚至到雷同的地步，结尾很难不联想到糟糕的white savior complex以及romcom都有的俗套桥段。但还是想给五星。They r queer, they r here, get used to it.
LGBT的电影，就是have fun，剧情一般，颜值一般，只能靠身材支撑吧，哈哈哈
或许现世真的没有这样的剧情，但谁不向往美好呢
