The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 一个半小时可以拍的比较紧凑合理已经不错了 没有浪费时间的一部片子
这时候冷不丁杀出一个大隐于山的邋遢老农用着颇具年代感的左轮大干特干
故事不够丰满的感觉吧，因为有期待这种西部片至少有两个小时。
2022年还有西部片 赞 不过距离经典的西部片差了点 比利小子真是西部片的图腾啊…
一般传闻他21岁时在新墨西哥Summer Fort被Garret警探射杀，这个片中Curry也讲到了。
看到正统西部片的惊喜和结局这个心里难过的反差真的好大！
西部片大概就是追求一种情调，旷野，粗糙，野蛮，传奇，秘密。前面所有的蓄力，就是为了最后的砰砰砰。敌人全倒，谜底揭晓，这个老实巴交的农民，原来就是传说中的谁谁谁。
I dont believe in redemption.the world is change ,it's a place i dont belong in no more...结局的感叹像极了荒野大镖客救赎中对亚瑟摩根的总结。时代在前进，西部枪手成为了历史符号。
全篇就一场戏。。。有点漫长
西部片已经不只是一种电影类型和讲故事的方式，更是一种情调和审美——Old Henry这种看似长篇的前戏铺垫（也包含了典型的西部要素：警匪、劫案、荒僻、追杀、拓垦...），其实蛮严格地在平缓里穿插了一个个关键情节的小爆点，如同烹小鲜般的节奏控制——最后的大战一展包袱，1v8火器+冷兵器相当利落，就连转折之转折都是既可意料又略意外...反正我是都预料到了，哈哈哈~就爱看这种“事了拂衣去深藏功与名”但又在某些特定情况时机下“一爆灭所有”的戏剧方式。PS，某个豆友讲到西部片已经变成承载美式尚武精神的载体，很对。
画面的气质比想象中没有那么西部片，至少地点放在西部。
其实每个人都在努力地活着，用自己的方式。每个人也都有自己离开世界的方式，这个就是由每个人生存的方式决定的。片子倒是拍出了西部片的特有味道，音乐也很好听。
很好的故事设计，既延续了传奇（或重新演绎了传奇），又隐喻了现实，一举两得。决战场面的设计很精彩，结尾的反转也恰到好处。近年来难得好看的西部片。
