The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 一场长达151天的审判，艾伦索金通过聚焦庭审过程的某些天将审判前的暴乱与庭审现场巧妙地结合在一起，清晰地展示出那一段历史。编剧出身的艾伦索金在片中依然是金句频出，尤其是艾比霍夫曼作为证人出场的那场戏，让我热泪盈眶做了好几次深呼吸，释放了之前观影过程中的为他们感到不平的委屈。之前看了黑豹党的一个纪录片，看完本片后找了找，好像被我删掉了。
看完情绪激昂的和他讲起60年代美国的民权运动黑人运动反越战性解放讲得唾沫横飞 讲国家权力和freedom of speech的矛盾讲政府机器和媒体的媾合 他耐心的听了半天后说 怎么不见你对自己国家的历史这么有热情有兴趣 我哑口无言。不是我没兴趣也不是我不够热情啊亲爱的

看了20分钟以为这么愚蠢unethical的法官是编的 结果居然是真的…
美国政府不等于美国，这是所谓民主国家最大的悲哀。

小雀斑最后陈述的时候我眼泪一下就流出来了，还是那个Aaron Sorkin,那个心中充满理想主义的艾伦索金。不旺我用The Newsroom做屏保这么多年。比茉莉牌局导演视角更成熟，纯文本的庭审记录为基础，也更能发挥他的优势/世事时代自有评论
起承转合都很标准的电影，这代美国左派缺少了锐意进取的反思，更多的是对反抗的歌颂
但尼克松连任说明了美国当时的真实情况
可能大概的确挺好的吧，但我完全看不下去，整个背景太遥远生疏了
如果喜欢《社交网络》，那么这部片子肯定对你的胃口。

可以感觉到挺好的，但是作为外语片这么大的信息量还是接受困难，只能明白个大概故事。不明觉厉吧
每每看这种片子一是感觉美国确实开放，二是就这点东西在某国俯拾皆是，但却没人敢拍。

先严格按照律师的要求做到一切，最后再威胁律师“别搞砸了”【先礼后兵】。
