The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 前半部分一直在吐槽儿子，最后老亨利一段话觉得原来培养一个平凡普通的儿子是他的欣慰之处，老亨利果然很能打，一个打九个很可以！高手身上总有种又稳又坦荡的感觉！

如果能拍到《老无所依》那种气氛就好了，人家男主捡到钱当晚就跑路，老坑利你捡了钱也不会跑，也不会灭口，还救了个同党，我在屏幕看都知道你傻，不顾自己也顾一下儿子啊，还说自己是老江湖……这编剧就编得有点过分忽悠观众了。

西部片只要说比利小子，就像是武术片讲黄飞鸿一样，这是热评的大神说的，一了解。这个改编90几次的故事原型，在本片，是个老套的枭雄迟暮的故事，终究尘归尘土归土，其子踏上新的一轮生活。
剧情中规中矩，老亨利处事果断，枪法稳准，疾恶如仇。动作快，姿势帅。

这类西部片子我好有一比，就象中国古代的律诗或者八股文（优秀的那种），都是一个完整的小故事成功塑造一个人物，起承转合结构一板一眼的，精巧如同导演系毕业生的设计作品，可以平均高分，也不够特别出彩。
故事虽然老套，还是值得一看。
