前面还在想，不至于杀人吧，后来道出实情才解释的通，她才5岁啊。最后没有言语的相拥，一切都释然了，情同母女的姐妹情。

电影都只是美好结局
就是一点不明白，五岁孩子失手杀人，根据法律该如何裁定责任？监管人该承担什么责任？这个悲剧能在多大程度上避免？
