The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances. 埃德加的趣味和可爱荡然全无
可以看出受阴风阵阵影响很深，但是想塞的太多，显得太乱，风格也不纯粹了，60年代的美也没看到。安雅好美

你们不要对埃德加赖特要求这么高嘛……拍的没什么问题，他一直都是在拍这种东西啊，只是机巧的情节就是没劲，但国产电影里不都想做这种机巧还做不到嘛……
有点虎头蛇尾，意犹未尽。镜头很棒，立意也好。失足少女啊，穿越时光的女性意识的觉醒，太美了。
2. 鸡肋的编剧真的打在脸上侮辱我智商；
苍白悬浮的仇男叙事，老套刻板的惊悚桥段，剩下的只有视听了但是歌又不耐听，难以置信这竟然是天才又鬼马的埃德加·赖特鼓捣出来的东西！太失望了！

影片的摄影构图与配乐服化都极为上乘。其中Eloise第一次回返至60年代soho区的长镜头更是璀璨闪耀，在杂陈交替，层递增幅的气质塑形下有效延伸，使人浸深沉迷，包裹向往的诚挚含泪攻破欲望的碎片。在巧置群象的同时也丰富了叙事的空间与力量。可惜最终主题明确的寓意支撑赘于续尾而浅谈一些。然抛却所有对比，赖特的这部长作一定是足够认真的。

一般般，梦回60年代，两重身份穿越，看得有点尴尬。最后的老太反转有点意料之外。
灯灯光布景很有感觉 特别是镜像的处理 音乐也好听 就是故事有点无聊 高潮泄气了
好喜欢啊，直白粗暴，把老生常谈的话题重新讲的如此绚烂，通篇都很舒服，三星半吧，
