The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 比较套路的恐怖剧，浪费了怪物，只出场了几分钟。
普普通通。剧情有点破碎，但意境倒是挺不错的。
在飞机上看的，看到最后也没看懂。就算是隐喻在剧情上也太牵强了。
陀螺监制，氛围和影像质感还可以，但导演还是一如既往的慢和叙事效率低，对比小说改动不少（包括结局），怪物塑造得那么恐怖，却被女主开个挂就杀掉，处理得太草率了，5.5。（最后还留了个续集的可能）
悬空呕吐，恐龙尬舞，安保爆手，Mulder探员忆苦思甜，还有个无聊吐槽彩蛋，也许是Judd Apatow的最差导演作？

主角光环过于强大，站哪儿让打，难道怪物还知道怜香惜玉？不过看在具有克苏鲁风格的题材上，爱好者还是值得看的。小男孩演技不错，挺卖力挺入神。
期待了好久的美式恐怖，有点失望诶…从内容到氛围营造《鹿角》做的都不够出色，和同期的影片相比，感觉差了好多…
2021年度最佳恐怖片还得是《寂静之地2》。

氛围很好，就是实在太简单了，更适合拍成一集剧的体量，或者短片。

导演宣完环保的圣谕就开始兴致勃勃急不可耐的讲温迪戈怪奇小故事了。在现代版的神话故事中，附体变成了寄生，一种更为赤裸的凌虐关系，这体型更大的巨兽破茧而出，赢得了现代人的掌声与好感。蠢蠢欲动的精神疾病借着名为故事的门缝向人类社会张望，理由暂拟为环保，真是一场60亿口粮的盛宴。
