The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 捉鬼本来就没什么道理，事实上应该做的再搞怪、再飞一些，目前这个选择等于是做了个平衡，情感线和学校属于费戏了。不过还是做出了中段工厂与追车这种不错的效果。最后打boss属实可笑了，不如一堆肥肥有效果

全片有种斯皮尔伯格电影那种童真夹杂怪奇的趣味。不过几个小孩的演绎就只有小美女是亮眼的，其它几个小孩存在感太弱，看不到情感和成长。另外反派塑造相当于无，几位大咖也都是打一下酱油，略显失望。结尾大战处理的相当潦草无趣，完全为了刷情怀了。只能当尚可的好莱坞爆米花电影看。

导演还是继续走现实主义吧，这类爆米花奇幻项目真心不适合，拍的死气沉沉，趣味全无，白瞎好题材了.

纽约都变成新南非或者新底特律了，续集也就只能搬到还有点原来美国样子的中西部小镇去拍。即便如此，政治正确的魔爪还是无处不在，它才是应该被抓的那个最大鬼。

结尾大战怎么能这么无聊的。某些点还蛮会心一笑的可爱的。除此之外毫无建树。想吃烤棉花糖了。
