The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 很俗套但里面的人都好好，妈妈在知道女儿性取向后第一反应是：我真为你开心。哭了，流下羡慕的眼泪。
剧情后半段太拉垮了，典型的虎头蛇尾，好羡慕女主的生长环境和母亲的教育方式，看完还是有被治愈到
结尾笑死。立夏总给我种'啊我的儿子'的错觉。非常喜欢这部作品~祈祷一直动画化下去。
