A brilliant and outragously funny satire of society, 7 December 1999

"Flodder" is one of the funniest movies ever made and few people realise that it is a Dutch movie made by none other than the Holland version of John Carpenter, the famous Dick Maas, author and director of the thriller "Amsterdamned". The Flodder family is the reincarnation of the term a-social. When the whole family bunch, basically all bastards, criminals and sluts must be relocated from their City slum because of toxic waste under their house, the city council house no choice. The only available space is in the "Zoendal" - the "Sun Valley" the best area in Amsterdam where all doctors, snobs and businessmen can afford to live their lives. And where the central point of interest and politics is the tennis club of the community. The Flodder family brings devastation to the tranquil world that ruled before. They are simply unbelievable. The characterisation is incredibly funny, beginning with Ma Flodder who searches other people's trash cans for food or making illegal liquor in her cellar and ending with the eldest daughter who is the biggest slut on earth. Together they make the most horrible family imaginable, a sort of immoral mirror image to the Brady Bunch or the Waltons. When the City counsel of Amsterdam hoped that the Flodders would show their good will to be more civilised in their new area, it turns out that Holland's most famous family would rather bring out the worst in the rich people of "Sun Valley"-wonderland. The rest is a hilarious, brilliant and well made social satire that can be watched as a provocative movie as well as a straightforward comedy. Dick Maas at his best. I salute him! Flooder was the Dutch smash hit in 1986 and brought two sequels and a tv series. All of the sequels were nice but not as great as the original.

Why is First Floor Features, the producer of the movie not bringing the Dick Maas blockbusters out on DVD in the Netherlands, I wonder. The are not even available on video there. These movies have so much potential, still to this day and have a huge silent but true following.
太好看了简直！这才是我喜欢的电影啊。看完让我想起《被光抓走的人》。普通人的喜怒哀乐，街头巷尾、家长里短、柴米油盐，就是这些细细碎碎的小希望和小烦恼，才构成了我们真实的生活。徐峥再次奉献出了天才般的演技，塑造人物的能力简直爆表。主角是一个老实的好人，让我产生了深深的共鸣。我觉得再过十年我的生活可能也是这般模样。马伊琍倪虹洁周野芒也都有令人惊喜的演出。作为一部国产电影，剧本如此扎实，自然流畅，笔力所及，描摹气氛，文学性极强又让人看得有滋有味，真是难能可贵。尤其是饭桌上的明争暗斗，台词极为精彩，镜头调度异彩纷呈。贯穿全片的沪语、一众演员直面第四堵墙的结尾、好听的配乐、各种夹带私货的小细节，都让人特别舒服特别喜爱。邵艺辉导演前途无量！9分。
重点在于展示出了一种不被传统羁绊的新的中年模式。
一般吧…有些地方整的挺诙谐，结尾那个盗版资源字幕讽刺的很到位👍（有点后悔去看了其实，不太感兴趣）

真好。
不虐心，不狗血，不作不装，平淡得似乎什么都没发生，却时刻感受到风平浪静下的暗流涌动，很高级。喜欢这种上海独有的弥漫着咖啡味儿的烟火气，喜欢这里每一个孤独而有趣的灵魂，审慎，睿智，豁达，欲言又止，这才是给成年人看的爱情电影。

喜欢这部电影，有意思，台词里的小机锋小心思，让人惊喜。中国要是有伍迪艾伦，也只能出现在上海。
不太喜欢，人物形象还是扁平了，太多东西用对话表达，但是对话又不够有层次。
将《爱情神话》比作伍迪·艾伦的电影，比作程耳的《罗曼蒂克消亡史》，比作金宇澄《繁花》所营造出的上海，真无语。后面三者都是艺术作品，前者乃泡沫“红茶坊”，中产“老娘舅”，然而还没有滑稽戏情景喜剧的烟火，只得其造景和片段式喜剧呈现的情节剧模式，倒拉低了后两者。把它说成是“升级版郭敬明”还差不多，因为人物之不接地气，对上海理解之想当然，满足的不过是“下支角民众”看法租界霓裳艳影的刻板眼光，“西宫娘娘烙大饼，东宫娘娘卷大葱”，我们农业社会的农民也是这样想象皇宫的。它的光滑和虚假，修鞋匠也喝着咖啡讲爱情哲学和一线品牌这种，啧啧啧，令人昏昏欲睡。
有种欧洲文艺片的气息，普通生活里也有画有艺术有电影。人到中年还是想交心想爱或被爱，人与人的关系也可以在不同定义之间游走，再怎么不在乎借着笑话说出来的话也可以是流泪的真心。这种生活流的群戏国产片真是稀缺，再加上沪语加持更是块瑰宝。

好看的！也许因为乡愁会多加了半颗星，但作为电影真的是好看的。我觉得未来的日子里，我会一刷再刷的。想上海的时候，就拿出来看看。【PS：连意大利人一口上海话都那么好，上海小囡白鸽反而一口标准普通话，也是有点心酸的。想象我们家后代就更没希望了。有些市井俚语，平常不用我自己也不会说了。】
另外，难道就找不到一位上海的年轻演员吗？一个上海味的片子，普通话都显得异样。找一个同样文化环境的演员很难吗？
最后费里尼的《爱情神话》看的是盗版资源，就像当年电影学院经典电影赏析课上放的盗版《罗生门》一样，具有某种幽默感。
当影院预告片被开心麻花霸屏的时候，就感觉这电影也太清流了。没有拍高楼耸立的魔都，拍的是市井气的上海，还有点看侯麦电影的意思。蛮有腔调了。
神似《四个婚礼和一个葬礼》，但毕竟是描写会烧菜的上海爷叔，所以变成了《四次下厨和一个葬礼》，老白全片确实下了四次厨房无误。
