The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 拯救他人亦是拯救自己，也就这个和还可以啦，剩下的我也不知道为什么明知道天气不好她还要去登这个山？初衷和人物动机没有的情况下，实在是不知道目的在何处。
小成本，戏很简单，剪辑一般，节奏缓慢。人物性格模糊，行为合理性存疑。
看过Sopranos的应该很难接受这么部左派献礼，虽然可以理解。

劇本比較大膽地在虛虛實實中跳躍，虛實之間處理的還是比較到位。多線索並不混亂。但是整個電影乏善可陳，亮點不多。

一星给长度，毕竟两小时的莫名其妙比一小时半难办到！导演很努力地在讲故事了，虽然我没听懂，但是看到了苦工。嗐。

故事太过平淡薄弱，转折点也不会让人有惊艳的感觉，浪费了一堆好演员
电影把黑色幽默给削弱了不少。但仍不失为一部很棒的作品。
