The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 4.5，艾伦索金越拍越好了，群戏拍的张弛有度。
当然，政治官司暗藏了许多猫腻，不仅仅是美国的陪审团制度就能左右，1960年代的反越游行，夹杂了美国底层阶级各色各样的人物表演。
导演和编剧大写的厉害，这种高频对白的电影实际上非常不好处理。再加上巨星云集，真是太鸡血了！

我以为庭审戏设计得太戏剧化了，结果竟然大部分都是在庭上真实发生的。

金句台词、爽感、高频剪辑，索金的风格，在野心十足、自我挑战的《茉莉牌局》滑铁卢后，索金收敛了一些，这部就整得很好。结构特别工整，tom和abby两个角色完全是卡着点儿地在对立、撕逼、弥合、揭露、再弥合。。群像人物都各有各的锋芒，配上本身就令人热血沸腾的民权运动主题、nb配乐，整个人都热泪盈眶了。。。。不过法官的形象，似乎还是太脸谱化了一些，不知道历史中是否真的如此。。。画面整体似乎特地调成照度不足的样子，是在暗示ZZ的黑暗吗hhhhh
这部电影展现的叙事合剪辑技巧真的是教科书中的教科书
也许是鄙人考过社科院的美国研究系，成绩不赖，花了功夫钻研美国两百多年的来龙去脉，对美国当代史有所了解。
太好看，节奏紧凑，故事精彩。 想到了发生过的很多事情，抗议永远不会按照每个人预想的那样进行，每个人都不可能每时每刻都冷静，“-你是否蔑视你的政府？-与我的政府对我的蔑视相比, 我的蔑视不值一提。”为什么总是对群众如此严格，对公权力又如此宽容？还有一句台词笑死了，大意是去年夏天我们该不会带领了一万个便衣上街吧。哈哈哈唉。 最后的念名字真给劲。

好久没有看到剧本这么好的纪实电影了，简直为之一振！尽管我政治倾向保守并且像Cartman一样反感嬉皮士运动，但丝毫不影响我被这部片子打动。当鸡蛋义无反顾地撞上高墙，当"blood flow all over the city"，愿你的自由高呼，全世界都听得见。
看的同时想参与他们的活动…头一次觉的游行这么有价值
