The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 看的时候还在说很像《吉屋出租》+《Smash》，原来男主的原型是《吉屋出租》的作者。几乎每一首歌都很棒(这个大大加分)，影视化上做得中规中矩，是不是音乐剧的表现形式差不多就都是这些了，提线木偶和天台唱歌内两首真的感觉似曾相识。期待更多一些创意(内种生命力的感jio~)。

穿越时空的对话QAQ lmm讲故事永远会用喷薄而出的丰沛真挚的情感把观众淹没，这种剧场和生活线串起来的讲述方式我也很喜欢，自然流畅也带有更多戏剧本身的张力。加菲的演绎太戳人了，数不清的彩蛋像是集体给宽街和剧院（桑爷爷）的一封情书。特别是看到结局就好希望Larson也能看到这部片啊。
不给加菲一个影帝提名说不过去，唱演俱佳，已经收藏OST。里面有一段关于创作者的话我边看边抄了下来，观看过程中两度落泪。看到瓦妮莎哈金斯再次演音乐剧电影又是另一番感受，她在网飞拍的其他烂片我都原谅了。
过分戏剧化，隐隐约约能看到很多好莱坞传记片的影子。但真情实感被感动，眼泪不值钱。音乐也是真好听。
电影叙事几乎流水账，几处本可以爆发的点欠力度。AG还是更擅长内敛细腻情绪的把控，遇到外向型角色不够自然，我猜他研习过无数遍Larson的录像，模仿之力溢出屏幕。不过外形气质更贴的演员我也想不出来 叹气

音乐与剧情似乎一直很激昂，但我的心从头到尾几乎都是波澜不惊…并不是很令我感冒的音乐，可能真实但确实俗套的剧情，真的是让人大失所望，只想高呼一句:《爱乐之城》和《马戏之王》永远的神！

跟爱乐之城差很远，可能是因为传记片的关系吧，加菲猫这个造型，显得太不抗老了。歌不难听，但是看起来无聊冗长，除了泳池里写出歌的那段还有点意思。
这是一部让人心潮澎湃的电影！是一封写给音乐剧的情书！故事以闪回、以现实与音乐剧巧妙结合的方式推进，聚焦百老汇传奇剧作家乔拉森·拉尔森30岁前后的创作焦虑与人生困境，展现了他实现音乐梦想的无比执着和赤诚。Tick，Tick，Boom! 贯穿全片滴答作响的时针，营造了时光流逝男主年届三十一事无成的焦虑和压力，烘托了气氛。
