与其说这是一部警匪片，不如说是民匪片，警察的作用不大，黄政民展示了他强大的智慧和出神入化的演技。在这么生死一线的求生危机中，黄政民所表现出来的善良和修养还是让人感觉到温暖。
结尾收得很好很巧妙，对电影整体的观感直线提升。

挺好笑的，成色略差于前几年的舞女大盗，其余类似。影片的确有试图探讨一些东西，但被淹没在喜剧表达里显得乱糟糟。不得不说看着女主角赚大钱确实很爽。
