The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 开场叙事非常高效，虚实混合剪辑暴动也非常有震慑力。可惜索金的剧本影像化并不成功，自认为信息量巨大却让人抓不住重点，廉价的情绪渲染让人想起我不是药神，除了abbie以外的所有人都缺乏人物弧光，看完也无法引发任何共鸣。结尾仓促马虎偷换概念，最为败笔。

美国律政剧永远能推陈出新，历史上经典政治案件，或名垂千古，或遗臭万年，在这个动荡的2020年重现，极具嘲讽，又意义非凡！
每每看这种片子一是感觉美国确实开放，二是就这点东西在某国俯拾皆是，但却没人敢拍。

如果喜欢《社交网络》，那么这部片子肯定对你的胃口。
四星半，种族、女权、反战一锅端，很有奥斯卡相，如果不是结尾的“好莱坞式”结局，可以给五星。萨沙拜伦科恩不搞笑起来也挺有魅力的。
