没想到斯蒂芬·金儿子的小说跟斯蒂芬·金的小说如此相似，类似的诱拐奇幻剧情在很多年前就屡见不鲜了。几乎就是诱拐版的《人鬼情未了》，男主利用不同鬼魂的提示进行战术改进及技术创新，没有走老路，但又没浪费前人的经验，最终战胜了变态佬，这些情节设定非常新颖，技巧高超，值得夸赞。另外，女主梦的解析、警察的关注及父亲的愚昧等剧情，有点冗长，对主线的作用不大。
强设定➕弱节奏，让故事有点飘忽，还有看起来似乎没什么必要的亲子关系设定，以及结尾的各种突变，比如Fenn的战斗力，Grabber的心态，父亲的忏悔等等。
冤魂电话拯救录。剧情紧凑紧张，第一个冤魂出现时吓了我一跳。

Blum House新片头不错。复古感几乎没有，故事也讲不清楚，剧本不行，镜头语言更烂，割裂感极强。伊桑·霍克声音很出戏……有几个jump scare还挺吓人。小男主梅森·泰晤士未来可期。

伊桑霍克演变态挺绝，以前怎么没发现？之前噱头挺足，导演综合素质不低，但本片细节处理还是粗暴随意，小女孩演得不错实际没啥作用，凶手背景近乎于无，关键也不吓人啊！
