The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances. 比预想的可看度和精致度更高，起承转合流畅自然。梦幻与现实的围墙被打破只在一瞬间，结局虽然还算美好不过现实大概就到“结婚生子还跟男高出轨”为止吧…男主的眼睛很美，女主很可爱，今井翼也是帅大叔。矶宝的声音太有辨识度了，那种黏糊糊的磁性让我想起刘亚仁，台词真好。
剧作有一定基础。表达上很常规，冲突设置的新意也不太足，某些细节比较直白粗浅。在取舍上更偏向于娱乐性。另外：蝎子王也老了呀！
节奏有点慢，这类劫持人质片本应该让人紧张的透不过气，我可几乎全程边玩手机边看完的

结尾出现了，根据真实事件改编，所以司法部长的女儿真的被射杀了？
电影很喜欢，是每年都想重温的那种。虽然我觉得拍成悲剧也不错...仅从艺术性上看（悲剧美学爱好者）

虽然两位都是我喜欢的演员，但我还是更推荐剧版情感描写更细腻

你们自由的代价太大了！
虽说是根据真事改编，但片中情节编得比较过分，煽得过于用力。影片成本不高，场景不大，基本相当于剧场表演。男主、女主两名黑人演员表现不错，演得挺有张力，值得加分。不过其中一些情节编得有些离谱，bug明显，因为借着“释放曼德拉”的由头，导演偏向同情“MK”，赋予他们很多“人性”的细节，让人们对他们最后的结局产生同情。
