The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 最后歌曲响起很感动，虽然对那段历史不太了解，也看得出是美国一贯的电影风格，追求自由才是宪法精神。
为集会的不自由，为司法的不健全，为体制的不完备，五颗星。
处处是设计处处是价值观判断，反而冲淡了真实感，内容上又缺乏新意，与大量的好莱坞左派作品流于同质化的泥淖，看多了就觉得，跟主旋律影片也没啥区别。
如果要客观评价，就是，画面剪辑叙事结构还是挺好的，某些/个人演得真的不太得行啊。但是缩写友邻的话就是，无法客观，不忍卒看……
电影拍的很不错，几场法庭戏十分精彩，如果2020年10月之前看，我会热血沸腾，但全程围观了2020年底那场丑陋的选举回头再看，只能感叹那种公正，民主，正义的社会土壤已经变质，美国再也不是人人向往的世界灯塔。

艾伦索金和这种故事题材简直天作之合，NB！年度最佳改编剧本，最佳群戏，剪辑也很好。
节奏太完美了 各个角色都很精彩 缺陷就是过于美化垮掉的一代废物 学生还好 但是把废物花童和黑豹恐怖组织包装成白莲花 细节很有趣 学晕不敢惹国民卫队 芝加哥波利士堵花童时把警徽和警号撕了 意思就是老子火很大 跟你扛上了哈哈 运动还是被鼓噪到了流血对抗 至于间谍暗桩混入队伍 这招看来全世界的政府都会的套路 最笑人的是法庭门口的标语：america ，love it or leave it。要笑死 今天内亚赛博朋克的不爱国你移民啊 你滚去美国啊 原来右翼美国佬早玩过了 不喜欢你滚去古巴啊
阴谋与公正，强权与抗争，法庭上的激烈争锋，还好是正义走到了最终。故事跌宕起伏，节奏紧张紧凑，群像表演丰富，人物刻画成功。“与我的国家对我的藐视相比，我的藐视不值一提”艾比.霍夫曼的这句话太精彩了！

最后一段过于煽，the whole world is watching 太好莱坞，不喜欢，中间几个时空穿插讲故事的方式还是不错的
