The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 没有谁比汤姆汉克斯更适合这种孤独的独角戏了。一人、一狗、一机器人，配置像极了《我是传奇》，拍出了末日恐惧，也拍出了一抹温情。
电影里女人和孩子都死了，因为要抢食物。

确实只适合拍成短片，末世题材太老套，了剧情上也没有特别大的亮点。可能是汉克斯太老了，跟《荒岛余生》差的不少。

勉强称之为科幻片，却是一部实实在在的公路片，没有意味深长的自我救赎，有的是薪火相传的真情实感，倒也没有期待气势磅礴的氛围或者大刀阔斧的场面，总体观感依然太过稀薄。
电影的故事和手法一点都不新鲜，但汤姆·汉克斯的精湛表演和影片细腻的情感刻画让《芬奇》感人至深。
阿甘和机械阿甘，末日road trip，缺位的父亲，糟糕的科幻设定，dump and boring
看到汤姆汉克斯，就知道这肯定是一部很中规中矩的电影，没有惊喜，和汉克斯这些年的表演一样毫无波澜。电影里面刻意加了很多烂俗情节，三星片只能变成两星片。
末日爆米花最是浪漫
剧本太工整了，完全都可以猜到下一步该做什么了，可以说是为了催泪而感人，又因为需要按照好莱坞的套路把每一个环节都点到为止，导致整片的剧情都在赶节奏。因此那些本应很感人的情节，虽然确实还是感动了我，但感动之余的感觉是被套路了一样……这种腔调我并不是很中意。
剧情基本没有什么槽点，很汉克斯的风格，没有过于激烈的剧情冲突，稳健地讲述出了一场人，机器人，狗的公路旅行。
