The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 自己好奇打开的片子，忍着不适感看完了，太单薄矫情的剧情了，鸡皮疙瘩一身。
why 小畑？why泽野？why parkour？why 荒木？why虚渊？why 海的女儿？why you do this to me？

画面和音乐还行，但是剧本….美人鱼这么好的故事底子，怎么能改编得这么烂….
品鉴一部作品，要看感觉，无论剧情制作配乐还是人物塑造，都是为了服务“感觉”这一点。这部作品带给我的感觉是很微妙的浪漫和感动，我觉得这就够了。
人生只有两个时间点可以卯定且不会缺席，那就是出生和死亡。模仿痕迹比较明显，但室内空间调度确实彰显功底。个人还蛮喜欢导演轻描淡写的几处超现实伏笔设置，结尾那段超现实的“另一个世界”的展现也很戳人。

山西人对故土的留念、对家的羁绊是刻在基因深处的，影片围绕身患阿尔兹海默症的父亲来表现生命、死亡、时间等个问题透过一个女性视角来展现。导演在虚实结合里找到了一种对家的依恋，对于家庭成员陪伴的一种方式。死亡是一种到下一阶段的解脱，而如何面对人生的这场来去归途则是影片留给所有人的一次思考。
