The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 太高冷的电影，看不懂。打着算牌的幌子，讲的是一个很晦涩的主题，不是我的菜
淡淡的忧伤，说不上来的感觉；记忆深刻的一个人在被白被单裹好的桌子上一边记录，一遍喝酒的场面；可能内心中有这样的渴望。
复古不复古的，意义不大。壳具体且重，而符号性又不强。不做叙事，靠影像彰显，也就寥寥几笔可观。往前看，往后看，怎么都算不上好。

施拉德是一位优秀的编剧 但不是优秀的导演 剧情太散且闷… 广角监狱那段是唯一亮点 ？
以为是和扑克比赛有关的剧情，其实内核是反对监狱暴力和部队黑暗面，不过整体有种闷闷的气氛，男主的选择有种鱼死网破的决绝。能算牌的概率，却无法掌控自己的人生啊。

我觉得把最后34分钟截掉，反而是个比较完整的故事～～
非常内心的，情绪化的一部片，不论是回忆的镜头还是主角独处时的野兽的喘息，配乐，包括片的的明暗对比，都是主角内心感受的映照，把奥斯卡的娇憨去除得干干净净，全片弥漫着沉默的强大的苦痛的男性气质，却异常地单纯，当单纯和残忍结合的时候，人物是格外迷人的，就像《老无所依》里的巴登一样，只是这里的奥斯卡是善良的，所以只能表现痛苦。
