很现代的影像风格和剪辑，却讲了一个传统的家庭的故事。叔叔在照顾侄子时完成与母亲、妹妹的和解，喜欢声音采访这个设定，将「聆听」这一关键词自然而然地结合起来。凤凰叔的表演一如即往的稳定。

警校五人组的剧情很实在，就是透透戏份太少了orz
总体来说就是无聊可以看但不会像最早的那几部一样反复看
上手一定会懵圈，没头没脑地布拉布拉布拉。展望未来与着眼当下，间中不经意地去触碰过去。碎片散落在空间和时间的不同维度，会奇妙而诡异地慢慢拼揍起来。强尼眼中有个没长大的成人，杰西看到的是满脸胡渣的孩童；从陌生到熟悉，通过摸索彼此的局部渐渐找到了更完整的自己。米尔斯导演绵里藏针，化腐朽为神奇。小伍迪很有灵气，跟影帝对戏丝毫不落下风。
孩子不只是小天使，这个我懂，但他们肯定是一面能照见我们最真实一面的镜子。
Mike Mills的电影总未能在情节或者主题上显得突出，往往在质感上更胜一筹。电影努力混合轻盈的节奏和忧郁的色调，没有过多加工对白去推动剧情，便在观众面前袒露主人公纷杂的、情绪化的、流淌着的思绪，那些思绪在与侄子相处过程中凝结成了对自身的审视，并触动到了柔软的连结着家庭关系的爱的神经。
优点：添加了一些喜剧效果，剧情推进方面也可以。缺点：动作戏感觉直接降了一级，结尾没高潮起来，还不如足球挡列车刺激。感觉对路人观众没啥吸引力了。
叔叔？应该是舅舅吧？没看出和“呼朋引伴”有什么关系
两星更多给自己，没专心看//孩子更多是破坏关系（寻求关注），而父母就需要重建，并让孩子意识到到你也是一个孩子（和他一样的存在），别让他太自我为中心，也不能缺少应有的爱。复杂而需要大量耐心的游戏，没有攻略，只能自己摸索出来。虽然他们是未来，但并不影响其难度
好温柔的电影。透过成人和孩童的不同视角去看待世界，理解彼此。人与人之间的连接终究是美好的。Joaquin的表演太自然了，他的台词都无比舒服~
小朋友演技满分，感觉可以拿个奥斯卡了。华琴·凤凰叔继续延续了他所有其他角色的风格，基本上没什么突破。故事本身其实蛮无聊造作的，黑白得也很莫名其妙，前半段睡了得有20分钟，但最后一幕还是给我看哭了。

感恩节的夜跟一群人一起坐在LA的电影院里看Venice/Santa Monica海滩。想到与此同时有在纽约的人透过这个电影正在看着纽约，底特律人在看着底特律，奥克兰人在看奥克兰，还有路易斯安纳。小感动。城市总能给我最好的慰藉。
What a bittersweet, healing, and intimate movie. Joaquin, Hoffman, and Norman are spectacular. The children's words are innocent yet profound. One of my favourite of the year. 9/10
not to be selfish, not to be bad, not to disrespect, and to have close feeling for your friends and parents.
