The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 故事很俗气，可为何看得我泛泪了。影视作品存在的意义之一就是给人希望啊。多一星给拍摄地我大深圳以及这里的每一位打工人。
类似《当幸福来敲门》的节奏，整体质量不错，就是有些桥段感觉有点解构当下严肃社会事件的感觉
补评。Phil是里面最美的角色，他能注意到桌子上的纸花，爱弹曲子，会躲开男人群体去自己的秘密花园洗澡，也会永久地痴迷于一段未果的爱情。他的敏感、脆弱、丰富的情感，所有美好的一面都被掩盖在自我否定的toxic masculinity下，只有在那片无人打扰的草坪里才能窥见一眼。这是我第一次在“阳刚男人”身上看到美，这是来自女性导演的审美共鸣。
但这是文牧野的第二部长篇，它印证了《我不是药神》的成功并非偶然，镜头语言的成熟没有禁锢在落俗的情节中。
从技术上，群像真特别棒，主角配角都到位。
这片子贵在“真诚、自然”，还有导演说故事的方式“不卖弄”！

鄙人不才，活了二十多年第一次看见片尾给虚构人物配结局字幕的“现实主义”作品，真是开了眼的
每一个创业过，以及创业路上的人，都应该看看。
我真的很不喜欢这个导演，把我很期待的电影拍成这样，就好像添加了一些白开水在本来调好的冰咖啡里，我要去看看这位导演的其他作品是不是也搞成这样波澜不惊的感觉
这世上哪有什么奇迹，如果非要说有奇迹，不过是努力挣扎再碰上偶然的运气罢了！

当然，这种前提是，电影试图告诉我们的道理，即一切都是合理的，一切都是都可以解决的。
