The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 传记加歌舞电影更是容易产生浓厚的割裂感，大概更适合舞台，适合突破第四面墙来面对面的共鸣
看完会发现，好像男主身上并没发生什么事，把一个作品交出去，等待被发现或者被埋没，自己并没有什么可以做的，剧情的很大一部分都靠身边人的故事在推动。
為夢想拼搏就像是沒有後路的豪賭，要麽功成名就，要麽粉身碎骨。不是所有人的努力都會被看見，主角是幸運的，但是任何人都有放棄的權利，只要不去後悔。
加菲有追求，有前途～ 虽然现在看着还有点像表演工作室的学生…故事好美，每一个Jon人生中的时刻都牵动人心，但LMM这种快剪真的是看着好难受…可能老了受不了这么多又晃又快切的镜头。这是theatre没法剪辑后遗症么，能拍电影了就疯狂切镜头？
不是我的菜，跟la la land比不是一个量级的。歌很一般，没啥记忆点，调度也没亮点，林的《汉密尔顿》我就不感冒，这部也一样。

吉屋出租是我最最喜欢的音乐剧之一，很高兴它的作者终于拥有了一部传记片，他确实是个了不起的作者，很可惜他没有机会写出更多的剧作，也不会知道他的作品带给观众的欢乐和感动了。这部传记片与其说是让观众更了解吉屋出租的作者乔纳森拉森，倒不如说是让观众有机会听到他除了吉屋出租以外创作的其他优秀的歌曲，走得太早了，真是天妒英才啊……
关于创作焦虑的部分还是拍的挺准的，但整体还是太平庸了。

毫无亮点。加菲的表演很卖力，但给人的感觉更像是自我感动。
