The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances. 改编自真实事件的治愈系音乐剧，精彩的舞台调度让12个人演出了上千人的感觉。来自不同地方的人因为意外齐聚异乡，却又制造了一生的羁绊，最后乐队返场也非常有趣。表演:3 剧情:3 视效:2+0.5调度 总体:8.5

非常美式正确的剧，Me and Sky里面 'Be Patient. Just see what happens.'
挺感动的。在现有体量和形式下做得够好了…（音乐剧本身就很难把内容做得特别深）这个戏本身也像911事件中的甘德一样提供了近乎乌托邦式的美好、友善、温暖。对于戏剧应该如何改编真实事件，和当下产生互动还蛮有启发的。

因为疫情，取消、退票，太过遗憾，还好有官摄，看得又哭又笑的。原来20年了，还没有来得及去纽约看过纪念馆，那一天在班级里看着电视，直到长大后才真的明白那是怎样可怕的灾难。感谢陌生人的善意。
个别价值观或体验和我们确有不同，但仅就这部音乐剧作品本身来说，是一部优秀的作品。
