The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances. 触目惊心的想象力实在令人叹服，跨度30年的绝大成本所形成的独特性也确实不能以一般的文本去要求本片了，某种程度上讲真是一部究极的电影，或许可以说它的存在就是来终结定格动画的？

定格动画的巅峰之作。前无古人，后很难说有没有来者。瑕疵其实是表达欲望。如果什么都不想表达就是最最完美的呈现。但后半段那种表达的欲望还是将之拉入了庸俗的泥潭。

看了前两部分，还是不错的。属于那种有隐喻但没必要细究跟着电影走自由遐想就行的默片。
在看s11 rng打edg间隙看的这部电影，刚开始一度不知道哪个更恶心。看到第三局我悟了，继续看这部电影，竟然发现还可以，电影有很多暗喻和对人类文明的讽刺吧，看不甚懂，图个猎奇
宗教式的惩罚和对末世的想象。刺激出恶心这样一种强烈的情绪来触发抗拒、厌恶的反应以达到避害、警惕的目的，影片或许是一个警世寓言，混杂着疫情时代的焦虑，让人类反思所有自我毁灭性质的行为。
诡异疯癫、变态疯狂、血腥暴力。隐喻大量信息，似懂非懂～膜拜。
