The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 根本就是少年π的奇幻漂流古代版。或者少年π是借鉴这个原著拍的？总之就是很奇幻很漂亮的画面。故事会让人看得一头雾水，看到最后才会恍然大悟。

6.2/10，整体艰深晦涩，具有宗教色彩和神秘主义，去叙事化的讲述一个人的成长，在叙事时间上肆意延展或压缩，能看外衣，深入不了灵魂。
而女主让他们在一定的“人类保护下”自由。
这并不是说它是我今年看过的最糟糕的电影，但它是最无意义的电影之一。大卫洛维这次节奏慢得惊人，几乎可以说是毫无乐趣可言。不要看这部电影，除非你只喜欢枯燥的艺术电影风格，而可以忽略缺乏到顶点令人信服的情节。近年来最无意义、最令人不快的电影之一，有再好的艺术水准都不行。
动作戏约等于零，节奏超级慢，在爆米花电影当道的现代，看这部片稍微少一点耐心估计都会很难认为这是一部好看的电影，但是沉下心来看会觉得还是一部不错的电影。
其实A24的恐怖片我总觉得装神弄鬼不够爽，但是我就是乐意一边吐槽一边继续追着这家公司看.

仁者见仁，智者见智。高文最后是在得知“未来的情况下”看到了:逃避回去后的最后结局是凄惨而懦弱的死去，才选择的赴死，总之“你不是一个骑士”，虽然“这是一场游戏”。但镜头的质感和色彩的运用都超级喜欢。
结尾是最廉价的那种反转
