The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 看开头心想，不会这么狗血吧，看到最后果然就是这么狗血……
7/10。主角缺陷极多，所以看似反个人英雄主义叙事，实际还是个人英雄主义。剧作严谨，台词细腻，不过，故事魅力在于反转却并不高明，因为主角的一切缺点反而过早地暴露了反转的目的，观众一猜就中。如果换人来演不一定及格，老吉演技实在太突出。片尾Credit出人意料，没想到一批大腕以voice形式出现在了电话的另一端。

活埋，洛克，罪人。这三部电影叙事与演员的表现真的是完美了，并且这也是相对可低成本实现度高的题材。通过大量的对白一句句将故事描绘出来，这类影片必须通过强有力戏剧冲突来调动观众情绪，这也是此类题材吸引我的地方。
除了男主的救赎和悔悟，我们还看到了什么呢，只有4起警察被定罪，警察搭档会做伪证，而且大概率可以通过做伪证脱罪，这才是现实！靠什么实现正义？靠救赎？靠悔悟？这才是对公检法系统最大的讽刺！

但是改编有一些可惜
看原版的时候老婆睡着了，又陪着把这个版看了一遍。个人更喜欢这版，结局更光明一些。好莱坞的画面看着更舒服。

这种叙事结构的影片让我想起了另外两部电影 汤姆哈迪的洛克和瑞恩雷诺兹的活埋，与之相比这部是最差的。
几乎算是独角戏，所以表演必须要外放一点，杰克真是演技了得。
我说怎么越看越是一股熟悉的味道，原来是翻拍丹麦的那部。老吉的情绪张驰更大，感觉略微有点过头，但也正是老吉单人这丰富的情绪变化撑起一个半小时。
很美国本土，典型的PTSD男主遇见新的事件，随即对过去创伤做选择，因而转移了现时事件推进过程的一部分注意力，也少了北欧版的那种不留痕迹的提心吊胆。老吉过于sentimental。
没看过原版，除了是杰克的个人秀，大概还有结尾那么点现实意义。
前半部分氛围不错，后面就有点出戏了，原来是赎罪的故事哦
