The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 是林子里的杜松子酒不是海边的曼彻斯特。剧本犯罪浪费演员。
整部影片里没有以往日剧里那种细节的温情，反而有了很浓的矫情和极强的割裂感。

新西兰的环境点赞，还领略了毛利人的风俗
智慧毒舌老奶奶再生命最後一段拯救了有自殺傾向的孫子，有點治癒有點致鬱。劇情其實挺簡單老土的，但是整個氛圍虐虐的又帶點溫馨。英國人在新西蘭，帶了點陽光的味道。PS：老奶奶真的好美，once and forever。
每个人都是不同的颜色，或许你得不到所有人的欣赏，但总有一个人会爱上你的颜色。
开头兴趣锚建立的不是很自然，过程中对角色心态的侧写也因为没啥代入感而显得低幼。
