两条主要的故事线(女儿们的唐顿，爸妈的南法)，再加一群电影人和侍者们的故事，有笑有泪，大体圆满。最后奶奶离开，巴罗也说会离开唐顿，说不伤感是假的，但更多还是预料之中的慨叹。
在唐顿的世界里，看人间真情，看戏本上演落幕，然后再展开新的篇章。
每次看唐顿，看到所有人都能拥抱充满希望的新生活，迈入柳暗花明的新纪元，每个人都有光明的未来，作为观众特别开心。
