The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 那么凶残的话，直接找人干掉律师不就好了咯，不需要那么麻烦
但凡被殺的不是有錢人的女兒，律師口中的公平正義真相都會變成口嗨，這是一個以黑治黑的故事，不過是用律師當了槍手，用法律做了包裝。另外，很不喜歡這些男性主導的港片裡呈現的女性形象，純純的工具人，對劇情發展沒有半分推動意義，像是一個花瓶，只是用來生育。編劇不會寫可以不要寫，別老是用女性角色襯托男性的偉光正。
本质上还是因为受害者是富商的女儿，靠着钞能力，同时正义律师靠着非法手段取证，才得以将真凶绳之以法，就，讽刺。

2021年了，我看到一部20年代的TVB。
属实一般。如果死者是个普通家庭的孩子就彻底犯案无望了。正义还是没有伸张，或者说根本没法伸张，只是钻了法律的空子而已。
其實也沒那麼爛啦！對白比較白痴而已，方中信加一星🥰
首先观影过程中，有两处感觉断层的厉害，跳跃性很强，不是很合理。故事是个简单的故事，逻辑性也正常，没有出彩的地方。最后方中信的一段独白还有点说法，其他就没啥了。人物方面，表演以及人物设定都不够丰满，尤其小助理演的有些尴尬，容易出戏。
结构不够紧张也不够悬疑。莫名其妙就死一个律师重伤一个律师。律师的正义感确实让人尊重，但又感觉太刻意。总之没有惊喜，一切预料之中。
陈家乐一如既往的太嫩，担不起大任。

整体质量差不多就是TVB律政剧的一个单元案那样，故事是完整的，不过就毫无新意，毫无深度。方中信keep得不错，陈家乐有点灾难。
作为法证类作品，逻辑性有所不足，部分角色行为不合理，减弱了故事性，法庭及推理论证部分不足，更多的是理想化的台词和主题思想，比起巅峰时期的TVB电视剧系列都有所不足，不是港片粉丝不建议观看。
杀人的那幕戏也太水了，最后法庭的戏也很拉胯。
太爱智叔了，除了半颗星给曾江，其他的都给智叔
剧情拍的太一般了，也就是看看戏骨们的表演。

故事套路，转折过于轻易，雷律师的小惊喜是为数不多的亮点。
思想性1.5+1.5，艺术性0.8+1+0.8+0.8+0.8，观赏性2+1✔最终还是得以虎制虎
