The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances. 挺煽情的，但不知道少了点什么总觉得不够打动人，可能是现在对于这种“对陌生人的慷慨和温情”已经充满了怀疑吧
好看！音乐好听就不说了，一人分饰多角无缝转换身份就绝了！而且丝毫不会混乱。人性是——解除恐惧之后，本质全然美好。

仅仅拍摄完整的舞台演出，难道不是样板戏？除了时代所限，当年的蓝苹同志在这方面也做得不错了。只感觉是话剧，谁说歌舞片？跟比迪斯尼电影比起来，不过一锅清汤。歌舞起着渲染作用，并没有推动情节。故事只是讲911事件时迫降纽芬兰的多个航班，难道也是带着任务拍的？舞台上的演员有感染力，场景转换既快捷又流畅。然而，低调而艺术的表彰大会仍是表彰大会，看久一点就真没意思。[ZXZJ]

从故事内容，歌曲，演员的唱功，叙述方式，转场的安排，表演形式的多变性，现场配乐的乐队，没有一个是不满意的，非常非常地喜欢，从头眼泪擦到尾
十二位主演，每人至少分饰两角。真是太厉害了，不论是演技还是舞台设计。结局伴奏团的单独表演也很棒。果然Me and the sky在最高潮处，真的好听。
岛民们都好善良可爱。比天灾可怕的是人祸，愿世界和平。
过度煽情，但眼泪不值钱，歌不错，特别是机长姐姐那首。
So Canadian! 没能在多伦多看现场也要加入多伦多遗憾清单了。

我见识短，我老土，我第一次看百老汇歌剧，我就是被震撼到了，怎么着。
太棒了！
看的是官摄所以标个电影吧～很感动…机长之歌很振奋；“tonight we honour what we lost but we also commemorate what we found”。
有生之年一定一定要跟朋友一起去看一场音乐剧！鸡皮疙瘩都起来了！最喜欢女机长和黑人老妇
