剧情是有漏洞，结尾所传递的正能量或许对于现实社会很假，不过我也有孩子，也怕她长大以后面对一个没有公义的世界，因此也希望能有些微改变。

不知道有没有人注意到片中角色的名字，尤其是曾氏父子和杨姓男子。。。我以为会很复杂，曾父和儿子在泳池边那个眼神，我以为会有一个反转，结果没有，雷律师最后被指控伪造文书时的陈述太过理想主义了，虽然起到了煽情和带节奏升华主题的作用，但是仓促中拉夸了整部电影内涵，总觉得他还想说些什么不能过审的东西。吊销执照三年，挺好的，当做休息了。
电影描述的是理想的世界，不是现实的世界。另外全靠戏骨们撑起的剧，年轻的演员们不行啊。

很少看到方中信笑，嚣张还是很嚣张，财团同正义作斗争，
太过理想的反博一击，顺利制服富家子，匡扶正义。
金钱不仅能带来黑暗，还能带来光明啊，结尾升华主题升华的很硬啊，哎，最后说一句廖老师一路走好吧
挺一般的 香港电影确实不行了20211103
色调和质感不错，但现在香港律政片的剧情真是没法看，完全经不起推敲和脱离现实的“破案”。很想揭露权钱交易的内幕，维护社会正义，但就是一种被灌鸡汤的感觉。
不算太爽，也算可以。
中规中矩的法庭片，片尾男主独白比较令人出戏，不过也只能这样了，毕竟普通香港人拿李嘉诚等大地产商没办法啊。

不明白，最后的反转还是拿钱摆平的。可是如果证人突然转做污点证人，他的证词难道不要调查研究就可以被法庭采用吗？
